Birthday @ the Beach

Josie wanted her Birthday at the Beach, and I was totally excited about it. We have a lot of pictures to prove to granny Sharon what a good time we had. Keyes brought paddle boards and a kayak; Halls brought some cool toys too. We played all day long, we had a great time and some crazy tired kids. 

Hannah was so funny, she just wallowed in the mud like a little pig. She walked around with a big grin most of the day. I couldn't stop laughing while she laid face down in the sand and wiggled around. 

He melts my heart.

Jenna brought some treats so we could sing to Joise. After she blew out her candle she kept asking to do it again and again. Sunday we had another little party at the house and oddly she didn't want anything to do with the candles. 

Josie got a camp chair and a bubble gun from Dean and I. She talked about getting a camp chair this entire summer. She was really excited and she keeps it inside so she can eat every meal on it. 

Casey told me to grab my camera as we were leaving and take a "Family Picture" for dad. This is our area at the beach after we cleaned up. Here you go dad the Seagulls in all their glory. 

(Now that we are all married my dad calls us seagulls. He says that we come in eat all the food; crap all over the place; then leave. I wish I was lying when I say that he has a ceramic seagull that sits on a log in his front yard just to humor himself.)
