Jed left Helga for Dean when he went on his mission. I like Helga because she is good with our kids but I hate her name. Anyhow Dean's horse stepped on her leg and broke it so she hasn't been a very good cow dog she just hangs around our house (well when she isn't at my in-laws killing their chickens; that's a bad deal). Our neighbor dog hangs around with her sometimes that is also a boarder collie. Next thing we know we have 8 puppies. We are in no way dog breeders and don't plan on ever doing it again. Despite my hate for dogs that touch me this litter has been fun to have around. I don't touch them but the kids love do and we have enjoyed visiting them at the barn each day.
