Birthday spankings, snipping beans, Ice skating, North Fork, getting all the change from his pocket, playing pig, gathering eggs, Nauvoo, “how‘s my girl“. I remember exactly how he looked at me when he thought I had said something a little to sassy, (I got that look a lot).I remember when he smiled and laughed out loud, or him always telling me to watch my mouth. I remember when he told me “Dean is a right good boy and you’d better not let him go“. I remember most of the ways that his finger got cut off, I have so many memories of Grandpa Hall and will miss him dearly. I love you Grandpa!

Lindsey Grandpa loved you so much and he did tell me how much he thought of Dean. You are living the great life and Grandpa is proud of you and pleased with your choices. He was excited about your new little Josie arriving soon so really take good care of yourself. Love Vurlia

Okay so we loved your name so much we named our daughter after you...well you've just stolen Gary's other favorite girl name...we might have to name our next daughter after your daughter. :) hee he ejust kiddin' but it is the cutest name and I am so excited for you! thanks for writing such great things about grandpa and putting up those pictures. Gary and I have been blog stalking for stuff about grandpa and it has helped us cry and remember him. Thanks!
