We have been watching a lot of Rodeos this summer. I keep thinking I wont go to the next one but then I always end up there, I hate to be left out I guess.
This is Wyatt, the answer to my prayers for good help after KC died. We adore him!
I didn't think it was very smart of Dean to let his two employees ride stock saddle horses becuase of the risk of getting hurt and loosing his help but they both rode and ended up without injury and both rodeos they entered. Trig loved hanging out behind the chutes with the boys.
Quincy had been dirty this entire summer. literally, all summer long she is a mess.
Josie did the barrels in Bancroft and did a perfect job, she was so proud of herself!
The kids rode sheep at the preston rodeo they didn't win but they did really good.
They also rode in Garden city. Josie did awesome and Trig got a sheep that wouldn't run. They tried to get it to go but it was just really lazy. Trig kicked it with his spurs but still nothing. When the sheep came to a stop Trig hopped off and pushed the sheep with two arms and walked away.
In Grace Dean won 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place on 4 different teams in the Team branding.
This is how we all felt at the end of July but we had so much fun together!!
